- Our VISA Portal has new enhancements for members to enjoy. Please note that this applies to CREDIT CARDS only and does not affect or work with Debit Cards.
Members are able to see their current balance, available credit, statement balances, and transactional data.
On the right side column members can add external accounts to make payments, see payment activity, view statements (or enroll in e-statements), status their card lost or stolen or initiate a balance transfer.
BALANCE TRANSFERS
Balance transfers are cleaner and easier to manage than before. Members see how much available they have to transfer and can submit their transfers in self-service.
MAKING A PAYMENT
Members will have to re-sign the payment agreement. Multiple payments CAN BE scheduled here but only one payment can be applied to the account every 24 hours.

E-STATEMENTS
Members need to press Statements and then press eStatement Enrollment in order to enroll in e-Statements.
LOST STOLEN STATUS
When marking a card lost or stolen members will need to fill out certain information for PSCU.
They will also have the opportunity to mark certain transactions as fraud or as transactions they did not do.
Once a member finishes the card status a new card will be ordered AND MAILED to the address they stated as correct.
Members Credit Card will status in REAL TIME however it may take the Digital Banking system a few days to generate the new card number.
