For your convenience OnPath FCU offers Remote Deposit Capture (RDC or Check Deposits) via the OnPath FCU Mobile App.
You will find this feature in our main navigation menu (across the bottom of the app).
Once your click on it you will be directed to take photos of your check's front and back. For your security please make sure you have written FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY or check the box for mobile deposit only. Please hold on to all checks for 30 days or until your funds have cleared for future reference. We cannot provide you an image of the check for your to negotiate in another mean if you do not keep the check.
To avoid confusion and possible fees please do not deposit a check in Remote Deposit Capture and also in Branch. How can a member know if the check has been received? Email communication will be sent to you to notify you of certain actions.
Please note all email communication will be sent from ensenta.monitor@jackhenry.com. We ask that you filter your emails and check your junk mail for this specific address. OnPath FCU will never ask for your account number or personal information in these emails, they are for informational purposes only. If you reply to this email address this email will bounce as it is no-reply email.
When you deposit a check, when a check has been recevied, approved, or rejected members will receive an email letting them know.
Remember that a check being accepted does not mean that the funds are deposited into your account. It means the check is being negotiated on your behalf so that you may get your funds. Please allow up to 2 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays are not included in this waiting period) for the funds to deposit into your account.
